Movers are organized and know their stuff. If you need it done quickly, hire movers so you have more time to enjoy your new place and not have to bug your friends and family.
At least two weeks is preferred, the end of the month is the busiest time so let us know as soon as possible for availability. Weekends are when people prefer to move so if you're able to move during the week we can service your move with less notice.
Yes of course! We have documents as well, our office is happy to send you a copy.
We offer full service packing services. If you need packing we will need to come at least a day before move day to come and pack everything.
A good rule is thumb is $10/hr per mover, tipping isn't required but is encouraged if our movers did a good job and earned a tip. Our movers keep 100% of their tips. If you plan to tip, please have cash for the movers, our office doesn't process or handle tips on their behalf.
We don't move any paint, compressed gas, or flammable liquids. We also do not move items of extreme value, like jewelry, cash, or priceless items. All items of extreme value need to be cleared from safes, dressers, etc. and transported by the customer.
We offer the Standard State Minimum of 60 cents per pound per item that every moving company is required to offer and at no cost to you. If something is damaged we will get someone to come repair the item or offer the cost of repair to you as payment. In the event of a complete loss, we reserve the right to replace the item with another of equal value or reimburse you according to the State Minimum of 60 cents per pound per item. We are not responsible for any damage to faux wood or plasterboard. We are not responsible for any boxes we didn't pack and for labor-only jobs, after we load the truck and the door is closed, our liability ends. We are not responsible for TVs without their original box or a specialty box purchased through us to protect them from damage.
We accept only cards or cash.

We wrap and pad everything with moving pads and plastic wrap, all included in our price and at no extra cost to you.
